Asset Protection Coordinator - Northern Cal Distribution Center

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe, secure environment at the Northern California Distribution Center by supporting safety initiatives, conducting investigations, and partnering with operations and local law enforcement. This role monitors CCTV, responds to alarms, implements shrink-reduction strategies, and produces accurate incident and security reports to protect people and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity
• Support investigations by gathering data, conducting package checks, and responding to alarms in employee areas
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe work environment
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools
• Complete timely and accurate incident, investigation, and security metric reports
• Assist in training teams on asset prevention and partner with management and law enforcement on action plans

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Calm, professional approach to safety-related situations and strong confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic computer skills preferred; comfortable using surveillance and reporting technologies
• Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks, including frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
