Asset Protection Coordinator - Southern Cal Distribution Center

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property equipment merchandise and employees at the distribution center. The coordinator greets building personnel and guests monitors alarms and supports inbound and outbound logistics while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Screen and confirm appointments and serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff
• Log and validate information for trucks entering or leaving the building
• Communicate with receiving to assign doors and coordinate deliveries
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
