Asset Protection Coordinator - Towson Town Center

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, merchandise, equipment, money and employees. Serves as a building liaison, greets visitors, monitors alarms and assists with security screening and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors in a professional manner
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff and confirm appointments
• Log and validate information for inbound and outbound deliveries and coordinate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms to ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
