As an Asset Protection Detective at Ala Moana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our store, employees, and customers. You will be responsible for preventing theft and fraud, conducting investigations, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.

• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct floor patrols to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and policy violations, and document findings.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and testify in court as needed.
• Conduct safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in training staff on loss prevention policies and procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in asset protection or a related field.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
