Responsibilities

• Monitor the workplace through patrols, cameras, and other surveillance methods.
• Investigate internal and external theft, detect and detain shoplifters, and complete related documentation.
• Conduct operational audits, support shortage strategies, and maintain physical security standards.
• Prepare investigation and liability reports, communicate asset protection practices, and respond to alarms and emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security license for the applicable region and ability to maintain required licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with retail security and information systems.
• Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal or civil proceedings is an asset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
