Asset Protection Investigator

Summary

Work on-site as a member of the store Loss Prevention team to help protect customers, employees, products, and profits. The role focuses on preventing theft and fraud while supporting a safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store, and assist with emergency situations.
• Monitor and conduct surveillance to identify internal and external theft and fraud.
• Conduct investigations and document incidents, recoveries, accidents, and audits.
• Help reduce inventory loss through audits, training, and support of store operations programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience.
• Customer-focused mindset with verbal and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management skills, and the ability to respond to changing directions or unexpected situations.
