Asset Protection Investigator

As an Asset Protection Investigator, you will be a vital member of our Asset Protection team, working on-site to prevent losses from theft and fraud. You will report to the Asset Protection Manager and support store efforts to maximize sales by protecting people, products, and profits.

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store.
• Assess and assist in emergency situations.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for theft and fraud.
• Conduct investigations and document all loss prevention incidents.
• Prepare and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
• Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training.
• Support and participate in store operations programs.

• Experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Verbal and writing skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer software.
• Investigative and conflict management skills.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
