Asset Protection Investigator

Summary

The Asset Protection Investigator helps prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud. This on-site role supports safety and asset protection operations at a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general safety of customers and employees and help respond to emergencies.
• Monitor and conduct surveillance to identify potential theft and fraud.
• Conduct internal and external investigations and document incidents.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accidents, and audits.
• Help control inventory loss through audits and training, and support store operations programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection.
• Customer-focused mindset, strong verbal and writing skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Investigative and conflict management skills, with the ability to respond quickly to changing situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
