Asset Protection Investigator

As an Asset Protection Investigator at Saks Fifth Avenue in Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the store's assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment. You will work under the direction of the Asset Protection Manager to monitor shortage results, control investigations, and implement safety programs.

• Train store associates on awareness and Asset Protection policies and procedures.
• Maintain the integrity of physical inventory by monitoring reports and audits on a daily and monthly basis.
• Organize and conduct annual store inventory.
• Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years Asset Protection experience, preferably in a large volume retail environment.
• Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction.
• Ability to quickly learn Saks Fifth Avenue standards, procedures, and IT applications.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Wicklander-Zulawski certification a plus.
