The Asset Protection Lead oversees asset protection operations at the store, helping safeguard people, property, and inventory. The role supervises team execution, supports investigations, and promotes effective security practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule asset protection staff, ensuring appropriate training and coverage.
• Manage access control, CCTV, inventory procedures, physical security, and asset protection audits.
• Investigate loss, theft, fraud, and merchandise shortages; document cases and incidents accurately.
• Partner with store teams and management to improve security and prevent loss.
• Coach staff, follow company policies, and attend court proceedings when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to five years of asset protection experience in a similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to work rotating schedules and meet the physical requirements of the role.
