- Build partnerships to design and implement loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of asset protection policies and crisis response standards.
- Liaise with security and intelligence professionals for high-level security response.
- Develop and implement training programs on safety initiatives and crisis management.
- Conduct internal risk and safety audits with a focus on teaching and coaching.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations for investigations and operational assessments.
- Utilize performance reporting to identify risks and mitigate issues.
- Ensure timely completion of investigations in compliance with standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve shrink results and manage security personnel.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection.
- LPQ or LPC Certifications preferred.
- Strong interview, interrogation, and investigative skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Experience in driving successful AP and fraud prevention programs.
- Understanding of criminal and civil law in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of physical security systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
