Summary
Lead asset protection initiatives across the Las Vegas market to protect people and assets, maintain a safe environment, and educate store teams on loss prevention. Manage relationships with vendors, contract security, law enforcement, and boutique operations while supporting special events and VIP security needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical security expertise and ensure functionality of cameras, EAS, alarms, and keys
- Manage contract security detail and multiple guard posts
- Recruit, hire, and train contract guard personnel
- Coordinate law enforcement and investigative requests including subpoenas and fraud cases
- Partner with transportation and carriers to resolve missing deliveries and discrepancies
- Develop and deliver employee education and deterrence strategies to combat internal and external loss
- Conduct quarterly safety trainings and promote building safety awareness
- Support boutique inventory control strategies and investigate theft and fraud
- Serve as primary contact for VIP personal security details and support special events
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Retail experience
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Experience managing contract security and working with law enforcement
- Strong people leadership and relationship building skills
