Asset Protection Manager - Events

As the Asset Protection Manager for HOP Events, you will lead the development and implementation of asset protection strategies to ensure the success of our events. Your role will involve overseeing safety protocols across various settings, including retail stores, corporate offices, and special events, ensuring operational integrity and safety.

• Develop and implement detailed asset protection strategies for each event, including risk assessments and proactive measures.
• Coordinate security personnel and manage resources to ensure a secure environment.
• Organize training sessions for event personnel on asset protection and emergency procedures.
• Investigate and report incidents of theft, fraud, or safety violations during events.
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop effective strategies.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Present post-event reports with analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to balance security requirements and client experience.
• Manage acquisition and placement of security equipment.
• Contract security guard services and manage vendor relationships.

• 3-5 years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher, luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
