Asset Protection Manager

Summary

Responsible for protecting store and company assets across the Houston Metro territory by implementing and enforcing asset protection strategies, policies and procedures. Leads and develops store teams to reduce shrink, manage risk and support a secure retail environment while maintaining strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce asset protection strategies across multiple store locations within the territory
• Manage investigations into theft, loss and security incidents
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards
• Lead train and develop store teams on loss prevention practices
• Oversee and maintain security systems including CCTV and alarm systems
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to optimize security operations across doors
• Prepare and deliver reports and analysis on shrink trends and incidents

Requirements

• 5 years Loss Prevention Asset Protection Security supervision or management experience
• Experience in luxury or high end retail or strong customer service background
• Investigation training such as Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation
• Working knowledge of CCTV alarm and other security equipment
• Strong leadership interpersonal computer systems and reporting skills
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule
• Experience operating in a multi store environment
