Summary
Seeking a commercially minded Asset Protection Manager to protect company assets and lead shrink prevention strategies across the Houston Metro territory. The role involves enforcing policies and standards, managing investigations, and developing store teams to optimize loss prevention in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Protect store and company assets through enforcement of asset protection strategies
- Lead and manage asset protection activities across multiple store locations in the territory
- Conduct and oversee investigations into incidents of loss or theft
- Enforce company policies, procedures and standards related to loss prevention
- Implement and maintain security systems such as CCTV and alarm systems
- Travel within the territory and work a flexible schedule as required
- Develop and train store teams on asset protection best practices
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation on incidents and investigations
Requirements
- 5 years Loss Prevention Asset Protection Security supervision or management experience
- Investigation training such as Wicklander or Reid interviewing and interrogation
- Working knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems
- Retail experience ideally in a multi store luxury environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer systems and reporting skills
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule
