Asset Protection Manager

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory shortage performance and executing the Asset Protection Strategy at the store level. This role requires adherence to company policies and laws during theft investigations and collaboration with store teams to meet objectives.

• Oversee physical inventory integrity through daily and monthly monitoring of reports and audits.
• Communicate with Store Leadership and Associates to drive awareness of inventory shortage results and strategy initiatives.
• Provide oversight of audit execution and internal audit readiness.
• Ensure shortage control processes are followed in collaboration with sales support.
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience, preferably in a large volume retail environment.
• Valid provincial security license.
• Wicklander-Zulawski Interview Certification is ideal.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail security systems, information systems, and productivity software.
