Responsibilities

• Monitor store for theft and suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of sales floor and storage areas.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with management and security.
• Assist with investigations and complete incident reports.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with store staff to enforce policies.
• Maintain visibility to deter loss and ensure customer safety.

Requirements

• Previous retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
