Responsibilities

• Observe customers and associates to detect and prevent theft and fraud.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct routine patrols of the sales floor and perimeter.
• Interview and report incidents and prepare investigation reports.
• Assist with merchandise recovery, inventory control, and compliance with shrink-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
