Summary

Responsible for protecting merchandise and assets at the outlet by deterring theft and ensuring a safe shopping environment. Works on the sales floor and with store leadership to identify and resolve security incidents while maintaining customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor patrols and monitor CCTV to detect and deter theft and fraud
• Respond to incidents, investigate potential loss events, and document findings per company procedures
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when required and provide witness statements
• Assist with inventory control, merchandise recovery, and daily security audits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years retail or loss prevention experience preferred
• Strong observational skills, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift moderate weight; must be able to pass a background check
