Summary

Part time asset protection associate at an outlet location responsible for supporting loss prevention efforts and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Works with store leadership to identify risks and assist with investigations and operational procedures. Role is based on-site at the Outlets at Orange.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine store patrols to deter theft and identify safety hazards
• Monitor sales floor and fitting rooms for suspicious activity
• Assist with investigations of inventory shortages and incidents
• Collaborate with store management on asset protection strategies
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately
• Support implementation of loss prevention procedures and training
• Work with local law enforcement when necessary

Requirements

• 1 year prior retail or asset protection experience preferred
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable handling sensitive incident documentation
• Maintain professional demeanor in confrontational situations
• Availability to work part time hours including weekends and holidays
