Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor, fitting rooms, and entry/exit points for suspicious activity.
• Conduct investigations of alleged theft or policy violations and document findings in incident reports.
• Collaborate with store leadership and local law enforcement as required.
• Support inventory control processes, audits, and recovery of stolen merchandise.
• Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and assist customers as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail loss prevention, security, or related experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
