• Perform bag checks and receipt verification following store policy
• Support training of staff on loss prevention procedures
• Maintain accurate incident and audit reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
