- Support internal theft investigations through exception-based reporting and surveillance systems.
- Use video systems to monitor theft activity and support investigations.
- Maintain safety and security by responding to and reporting security and emergency incidents.
- Lead security audits and participate in store meetings and training.
- Serve as a member of the store Emergency Response Team and participate in emergency response training.
- Prepare and submit reports for high-profile incidents and investigations.
- Testify in court for criminal and civil cases as needed.
- Build partnerships with store leaders, neighboring retailers, and local law enforcement.
