Asset Protection Practitioner

As an Asset Protection Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the assets of our store located in Aventura. You will work closely with the store team to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment for our customers.

• Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor.
• Identify and apprehend shoplifters according to company policy.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Provide training to staff on loss prevention techniques and safety protocols.

• 2+ years of experience in asset protection or a related field.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment.
