Asset Protection Specialist - Maison Madison Flagship

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Hermès Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's assets and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will work closely with the Area Manager - Asset Protection and the Maison Madison Team to maintain a secure environment for both employees and customers.

• Enforce and protect company interests and assets, including merchandise, money, and technical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain physical security and protection of assets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
• Manage outsourced guards and conduct audits and inspections.
• Report violations and incidents, and follow up on investigations.
• Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to local management.

• 1-3 years of loss prevention or retail experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 8 hr Pre Assignment and 16 hr OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
