Asset Protection Specialist - Waikiki

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Hermès Waikiki, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's assets, including merchandise, money, and personnel. You will work closely with the Area Asset Protection Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, contributing to a secure and efficient store environment.

• Enforce and protect all company interests and assets, including merchandise, money, and technical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain physical security and protection of assets.
• Manage outsourced guards and ensure compliance with Asset Protection guidelines.
• Report violations and incidents, and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors.

• 1-3 years of loss prevention or retail experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Ability to lift 0-25lbs without assistance.
