Responsibilities

• Lead internal investigations and external protection activities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, coach, and schedule asset protection colleagues, and manage their performance.
• Coordinate shortage-control, safety, emergency preparedness, and physical security programs with store leadership.
• Maintain building security, educate store colleagues, and report non-productive detainments to asset protection leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of direct experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and use multiple technology devices.
• Must satisfy applicable state or local licensing requirements and be available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
