• Oversee day-to-day asset protection activities at the outlet location
• Lead and schedule asset protection associates

• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed
• Implement loss prevention strategies and safety protocols
• Train staff on security procedures and incident reporting
• Maintain accurate records and incident documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in asset protection or loss prevention
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong investigative and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail security practices and procedures
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
