Summary

The Asset Protection Supervisor leads the store loss prevention team at the outlet location, overseeing daily security operations to protect merchandise, employees, and customers. This role investigates incidents of theft and fraud, manages CCTV and exception reporting, and works closely with store leadership to reduce shrink. The supervisor also trains and mentors associates to ensure policy compliance and a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule asset protection associates and conduct regular team coaching.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations; prepare detailed incident and investigation reports.
• Monitor CCTV, conduct store audits, and analyze exception reports to identify loss trends.
• Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement to resolve incidents as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of loss prevention, security, or retail investigative experience, including supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, POS exception reporting, and inventory control procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and respond to incidents as needed.
