Asset Protection Supervisor - Beverly Hills Flagship

As an Asset Protection Supervisor at our Beverly Hills Flagship, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's assets, including merchandise, money, and personnel. You will report to the Asset Protection Manager and work to mitigate risks through training and partnerships.

• Train, coach, and supervise AP associates to ensure compliance with asset protection policies.
• Conduct audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Investigate incidents and support the Asset Protection Manager in internal and external investigations.
• Ensure physical security by controlling access and conducting safety inspections.
• Report violations, incidents, and thefts to management and law enforcement as necessary.
• Maintain and manage all asset protection equipment and documents.
• Collaborate with floor management and participate in damage meetings.

• 1-2 years of experience in asset protection, retail, or managerial roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Adaptability and service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
