Asset Protection Supervisor

Summary

The Asset Protection Supervisor protects company assets, employees, and customers through security oversight, loss prevention, and policy enforcement. This in-person role supervises and develops Asset Protection Associates while partnering with store management and the Area Asset Protection Manager.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, schedule, and supervise Asset Protection Associates, including delegating daily work and reviewing performance.
• Conduct audits, inspections, security walks, and investigations; document incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, review point-of-sale reports, safe logs, and key audits, and report operational concerns.
• Maintain Asset Protection equipment and coordinate with local law enforcement when reporting theft.
• Oversee off-site sales and support store management in the absence of the Area Asset Protection Manager.

Requirements

• Preferred 1-2 years of Asset Protection, retail, or managerial experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, operate necessary equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Security license required in New York City only.
