Summary

Supervise asset protection operations at an outlet location, ensuring safety, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies. Lead a team to execute programs that protect merchandise and assets while fostering a secure environment for customers and staff. Coordinate with store leadership and local authorities as needed to address incidents and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asset protection activities and team scheduling.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and security incidents.
• Train and coach associates on loss prevention procedures.
• Monitor and analyze shrink data and security footage.
• Collaborate with store management to implement corrective actions.
• Respond to and manage emergency situations and incidents on property.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory or related experience in security or loss prevention.
• Knowledge of asset protection and investigative techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
