Summary

The Asset Protection Supervisor oversees loss prevention operations on the sales floor and back of house, supporting a safe shopping and working environment. This role leads a small team, conducts investigations into inventory shrink and incidents, and partners with store leadership to implement prevention strategies. The supervisor ensures compliance with safety and asset protection policies and responds to critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach asset protection associates to ensure proper coverage and performance.
• Monitor store activity, conduct investigations of theft, fraud, and safety incidents, and document findings.
• Perform safety and security patrols, audits, and entrance/exit monitoring as required.
• Collaborate with store leadership and local law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and evidence handling procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment.
• Strong investigative, observational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive incidents professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
