Supervise asset protection operations at the outlet to prevent loss and ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. Responsibilities

• Manage and coach asset protection team members and assign daily duties
• Conduct investigations into theft incidents and employee-related losses
• Monitor surveillance systems and perform regular store inspections
• Collaborate with store management to implement loss prevention initiatives
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Liaise with local law enforcement when required
• Train staff on safety procedures and loss prevention best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in loss prevention or asset protection
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong investigative and observational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and incident reporting
