• Train, coach, and supervise Asset Protection Associates.

• Conduct audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records.
• Investigate incidents and support internal and external investigations.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for security and safety.
• Control access for associates and visitors to ensure physical security.
• Maintain Asset Protection equipment and documents.
• Report thefts and interact with local law enforcement.
• Supervise off-site sales and partner with floor management.
• Conduct key audits and manage safe logs.

• 1-2 years of experience in Asset Protection, Retail, or Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Adaptability and service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
