Responsibilities

• Oversee daily asset protection activities at the outlet store.
• Lead and coach asset protection team members.
• Conduct regular store security audits and inspections.
• Investigate incidents of theft and loss and document findings.
• Coordinate with store management and law enforcement as needed.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate incident and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong investigative and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of security procedures and retail operations.
• Ability to work in a retail outlet environment including evenings and weekends.
