Summary

The Asset Protection Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence to help deter theft and support a safe store environment. The role also assists customers and contributes to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor and offer assistance.
• Monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store and deter theft through visual observation.
• Maintain a safe business environment and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.

Requirements

• No education or prior experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
