Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor and store perimeter for suspicious activity
• Conduct visual surveillance and document observations
• Report incidents of theft or safety concerns to management
• Collaborate with store team to maintain safe environment
• Assist with investigations and provide statements as needed
• Follow store procedures for handling incidents and evidence
• Support loss prevention initiatives and training efforts

Requirements

• Prior experience in security loss prevention or related field preferred
• Ability to remain observant and attentive for extended periods
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Reliable availability for part time shifts including nights weekends
• Ability to follow procedures and work with store management
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
