Responsibilities

• Conduct visible patrols of sales floor and perimeter to deter theft and misconduct
• Monitor customer behavior and identify suspicious activity
• Assist store team with incident response and loss prevention procedures
• Document incidents and prepare accurate reports
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
• Ensure compliance with store safety and security protocols
• Support visual security initiatives and theft reduction strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loss prevention security or related role
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including nights and weekends
