Summary

Provide a visible, welcoming presence at the store entrance to help deter theft and support a safe shopping environment. Greet customers, offer assistance, and maintain professionalism while carrying out asset protection duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft through visual observation and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.
• Help maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
