Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft through observation and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.
• Help maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• No education or experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
