Summary

Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through visual security measures and asset protection practices at the Willow Grove location. Works full time to deter theft, observe customer and associate activity, and report incidents. Collaborates with store management to uphold loss prevention standards and support inventory control efforts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor and store areas for suspicious activity and potential loss.
• Conduct visual surveillance and document incidents accurately.
• Collaborate with store leadership on asset protection strategies.
• Respond to incidents and assist with investigations as directed.
• Maintain awareness of store layouts and high risk merchandise locations.
• Provide detailed reports and evidence to support loss prevention actions.
• Assist with training staff on theft prevention awareness.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and observe for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting.
• Ability to work full time hours and flexible shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or security experience preferred.
