Summary
Lead and support boutique operations for the Fragrance and Beauty boutique, partnering with the Boutique Director to drive exceptional client experience through leadership, coaching, and operational oversight. Spend majority of time on the sales floor while managing back of house functions and event support.
Responsibilities
- Assist Boutique Director in developing and leading the boutique team and oversee boutique in Director’s absence
- Lead sales floor service and provide floor coverage while coaching team on product and artistry
- Manage sales floor operations including stock, restocking, and visual and hygiene standards
- Serve as operations lead for MMS system including inventory, receiving, shipping, and damages
- Establish and maintain organized stock storage and uphold standard operating procedures
- Partner with corporate teams for ongoing operational support and inventory reporting
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings as required
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment or operations role
- Strong organizational, communication, and operational skills
- Ability to coach, lead, and develop team members
- Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Commitment to in-store presence to uphold boutique image and drive results
