Assistant Boutique Director

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Director supports the Boutique Director in leading the team and overseeing boutique operations. They serve as an ambassador of the Maison and act as boutique leader when the Boutique Director is absent.

Responsibilities

• Lead team briefings, coach team members on the sales floor, support recruitment and induction, and coordinate product and commercial training.
• Supervise boutique presentation, team grooming, stock management, operational guidelines, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Support client relationship development, monitor CRM targets, and oversee client database follow-up.
• Promote sales and omnichannel services, analyze business performance, contribute to action plans, and motivate the team to reach targets.
