Assistant Boutique Director - Tysons Galleria

As an Assistant Boutique Director at Tysons Galleria, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming guests and supporting the Boutique Director in leading the team and supervising boutique operations. You will act as the boutique leader in the absence of the Boutique Director, ensuring successful business operations.

• Organize energizing team briefings and maintain high levels of motivation.
• Ensure excellent product knowledge and proper implementation of product and commercial trainings.
• Shadow sales on the floor to coach the team and identify training needs.
• Support recruitment and induction of team members.
• Lead by example, ensuring good team spirit and embodying Chloé's values.
• Supervise boutique environment and team grooming.
• Suggest improvements in operations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with store guidelines and Richemont policies.
• Support the team in developing long-term client relationships.
• Monitor CRM targets and supervise client database management.
• Lead sales on the floor to improve business performance.
• Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide feedback on performance.
• Assist in analyzing sales figures and creating action plans.
• Motivate the team to reach targets and participate in commercial activities.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of the local trading environment and competitors.
