Assistant Boutique Director - Yorkdale

Join Hublot North America as an Assistant Boutique Director at our Toronto boutique, where you will assist in managing operations and staff to maximize performance. This role requires a creative and innovative approach to retail luxury, ensuring the highest level of customer service and brand integrity.

• Ensure brand integrity and provide exceptional customer service in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
• Manage and develop customer relationships and ensure daily display follows HQ guidelines.
• Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations and provide feedback on inventory mix.
• Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory and focus the team on financial targets.
• Assist in logistics of boutique events and build partnerships with local charities and networking sources.
• Ensure boutique Instagram account is updated and CRM database is maintained.
• Act as manager on the floor in the absence of the Boutique Director and assist in staff scheduling and payroll approval.
• Mentor Sales Associates and ensure compliance with Retail guidelines and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Previous retail luxury experience and minimum of 2 years in a retail management role required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a high customer focus.
• Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry desired.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a flexible and dynamic attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
