- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Support sales associates in sales techniques and clienteling skill development.
- Develop strong product knowledge and communicate it to customers and the team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
- Take full responsibility for the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and teamwork.
- Hold coaching sessions with sales team to review performance and provide feedback.
- Assist in the development of sales team to ensure achievement of company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink within company standards.
- Support Boutique Manager in managing daily store operations.
- Assist in preparing and executing special events and community initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from corporate and management.
- Maintain open, professional communications with store management, peers, and corporate.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail required.
- Previous experience in high-end watch sales preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Ability to understand sales, budgets, goals, and scheduling.
- Computer proficiency a must.
