Assistant Boutique Manager - Aventura

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Aventura, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards. Your role will involve enhancing sales, minimizing stock losses, and attracting new clients to the business.

• Improve sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide outstanding customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
• Develop and maintain a strong clientele base.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize Capture Rate and After Sale.
• Oversee merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to security procedures.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management in a luxury setting.
• Strong initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
