Assistant Boutique Manager - Boston Copley

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Boston Copley, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Christian Dior standards. Your role will involve enhancing sales, minimizing stock losses, and expanding the client base.

• Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale.
• Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
• Oversee compliance with Company policies and standards.
• Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Ability to develop and train associates and provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective management of sales staff and boutique operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate necessary equipment.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
