Assistant Boutique Manager - Dallas Highland Park

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Dallas Highland Park, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in line with Christian Dior standards.

• Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
• Open and close the boutique and manage inventory.
• Coach and develop sales associates, setting and monitoring sales goals.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on customer database optimization.
• Oversee compliance with company policies and security procedures.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to manage boutique operations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
